McDonald's in Dummerstorf

It was not opened on time ... Friendliness was a foreign word ... The preparation of the food was ok.

Pretty 'lame' club. Waiting time is too long.

Unfortunately an impossible and unfriendly service. In addition, something is missing from the order placed every time. Unfortunately there is nothing like a "small apology" - you are used to that elsewhere. In the future we will take the longer route to Rostock Sievershagen again.

Very bad service, leaving customers outside in the whisk. It's understandable that currently only a maximum of 8 people are allowed to stay in the shop. But leaving at least 10 other customers standing in front of the door without any information is really bad. It was only when the last customers came out that we were informed by them that orders were only possible via McDrive and that the door would no longer open. Update: in the end part of the mcDrive order was missing :-(

Yes well, long waiting time when you go in that way, drive in completely overcrowded, but understandable because it is on a motorway. Otherwise great, eat great, like to go there.

You arrive at 10:30 p.m., stand there in the MC Drive for 10 minutes and nobody answers. Well then let's just leave our money somewhere else!

Don't let their customers in. Closed for pick-up from 7:45 p.m., although it should be open until 8:00 p.m. A little hint would be nice.

The very last shop .. I ordered two double cheeseburgers .. I got them after 25 minutes. When after 15min. asked what's going on I was simply ignored away .. I've never experienced anything like this .. It wasn't even busy .. I was alone in the store (mc drive) was more busy .. "Staff" was more than enough there .. I could still get so upset .. Closing the shed would be my suggestion

MC Donalds stop. Unfortunately, many non-German speaking employees, so that sauces were often forgotten or a colleague got a Coke even though he hadn't ordered one. Is that the reparation?

We liked it a lot. As you would expect. Clean and friendly.

It was full, but the food we ordered was delivered quickly. The sanitary facilities are awesome. Self-opening doors, birds chirping in the toilet ... the only drawback ... it draws in the restaurant because the doors keep opening due to Corona. So you don't want to stay long. This McDonalds stands out from many others because it has a really beautifully designed outdoor area, where there are, among other things, very comfortable sofa-like seating, each table is provided with a large parasol and the whole thing is separated from the parking lot with plexiglass. The food on offer is like in every McDonalds, but our food was freshly prepared and hot, the staff friendly. You can also order here at the terminals.

Super clean and well-kept ambience. Stand out positively compared to other Mc Donald branches. Service staff with poor knowledge of German should be trained with the products and the most important vocabulary.

Absolute disaster !!!! We have just waited half an hour (in the drive in) then forgot the sauces. Forget fries. Completely unfriendly. We will never go there again! Unfortunately I have to say that it wasn't the first time.

Even if you think that all Autobahn branches are the same, you have to break a lance for this restaurant. Great and above all friendly service and the food is freshly prepared. If we lived nearby, we would be regular customers. So we look forward to our next vacation in the north and hope to be guests again

The slowest McDonald's I have ever been to have waited over half an hour to order 2 McMuffins, 2 BigMac and a latte macciato. Just once in drive and fast on was not. And then the burgers were also cold and it was the wrong coffee too. But luckily it was hot. I won't stop there again.

Modern and very clean A very good McDonalds. Very nice service, everything was very clean. Even the cleaning man was nice. Special requests were met. Toilets with automatic doors: your hand stays clean. Everything perfect!

Staff was friendly but played around with the bags in the kitchen. Outside area very nice

I like this restaurant very much. It definitely differs from the so-called standard. Warm water in the toilet is a prosaic thing, which is extremely rare. In addition, doing poop is made more pleasant by the chirping of birds from the loudspeakers, although in German, it is also nice. As for the gastronomic side, everything is fine as well.

It took forever for the order to be realized. Then the citizens were only lukewarm when they came. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We noticed that other guests asked what became of their order and whether they would sit here tomorrow. Others said they were asking for the third time.

Lost 30min of the trip to settle, make order to find out they don't accept Visa or MasterCard... Interior looked fresh and clean and there was some e-entertaiment for kids so there is hope and that is why I am giving 2 not 1 star.
